Hypnotherapy
Is the oldest form of Western Psychotherapy, a powerful medium that activates neuro-physical activity in the brain by calming the conscious mind and facilitating direct access to the unconscious mind. It uses psychologically mediated responses to suggestions which have many applications and benefits in the way we use our minds to control perception and our bodies.
